THINGS TO KNOW
Keep Our Park Green & Clean
This is huge! We will expect everyone to toss out their garbage or used clothing/shoes etc. in the proper receptacles throughout the day and not leave any messes for our staff to pick up. THIS WILL KEEP THE COST FOR MUD DOWN for next year. We do not want to have to pay a crew to pick up anything. Please pick up after yourselves.
• All teams must be pre-registered by July 24, 2026. ALL players must fill out a waiver prior to any play on the courts. Waivers need to be filled in at the Player’s Pre-Tournament Party or prior to playing on the game day. You will not be allowed to play without a waiver.
• Each team is responsible for knowing what time they are playing and on which court. If you do not show up, you will forfeit the game. For questions on when and where you are playing, please go to your Pod Registration Tent. You will also receive the schedules at the Player’s Pre-Tournament Party, on the website, email and text. When the team is up, it will be announced.
• BYOB. Alcohol in non-glass containers will be allowed at the event. No underage drinking will be allowed. There is no alcohol allowed in the court area. The South Beloit Police are responsible for enforcing this ordinance and will be onsite throughout the day. Alcohol will be provided by Mustang”s Bar & Grill.
